Casa Paloma es uno de mis restaurantes favoritos, se trata de una brasería que cuenta con buenas carnes, con mucha variedad, diferentes curaciones y diferentes orígenes.

Casa Paloma is one of my restaurants, is a brasserie with good meat, lots of variety, different cures and different origin.
Lo primero que me llamó la atención fue la decoración. Es un sitio muy original, ecléctico y moderno. Me recuerda mucho al estilo de los bistrós neoyorquinos.

El local está compuesto por varias zonas. Al entrar hay un pequeño bar donde se pueden tomar gintonics o cualquier tipo de cocktel. Seguidamente encontramos el mostrador donde el amable servicio te conduce a la mesa o a la barra. En ella, el chef prepara los platos ante los comensales. También cuenta con una terraza y una planta baja con una zona más distendida que está muy bien para ir en grupo (tiene proyector y se pueden ver partidos de fútbol).

La carta destaca por la variedad de carnes, sin duda tiene la mejor carta de steak tartars de Barcelona! Todo lo que he probado de la carta me ha gustado: croquetas, escalivada... Todo comida muy sana pero de excelente calidad.

Este Octubre está siendo muy caluroso y es muy agradable cenar en la terraza, que al igual que el restaurante está decorada y pensada al milímetro.
